Taiwan is set to feature this year's London Festival of Architecture with three films screening online throughout the entirety of June!
Architecture defines not only the world around us, but its history and meaning. This film selection considers the different ways in which people across Taiwan have sought to care for the architecture of their urban spaces. With each different architect and their approach, there is a new way of understanding the significance of the urban spaces we care for – from the communities that they create to the stories that they tell. Across three films, three perspectives on what it means to care about architecture are shown, from documentation and research to activism and raising awareness, to a specific practice and philosophy.
The films will be up for the entirety of June - you check out all three at this address: Programme - London Festival of Architecture
